On May Day, the Center for Applied Linguistics (CLA)staffgathered at the Antonio Maceo Grajales Revolution Square in the city of Santiago de Cuba to reaffirm their unconditional supportfor the Revolution, the Communist Party of Cuba, Fidel and Raúl. The staff members carried Cuban flags, the National Outstanding Centerflag and posters featuring messages on May Day. In this colorful atmosphere, the CLA staff members were enthusiastic and joyful for they reached this significant date after having met their goals at work. Five staff members had also donated blood on previous days to mark the International Workers'Day. The five German students who are takinga Spanish Language and Cuban Culture coursejoined the CLA staff inthe parade to show their support for our Revolution and its work. (May 1, 2017)
