CLA researchers and technicians met on March 28 to discuss topics covered by the book El dardo en la Academia by composite authors. On-the-job trainees Yamil Leyva and Rosmery Cernadas commented on the good and bad decisions related to the work traditionally developed by the Royal Academy of the Spanish Language.
Information technician Rolando Urrutia Cleger, a member of the CLA Group for Computational Linguistics, referred to the plan for updating the Web site of the Center for Applied Linguistics. Participants in the meeting highlighted the importance of this plan, as it reflects the scientific and social work of this center in a nicer and modern way.
