The book Estudios de Lexicolog\u00eda y Lexicograf\u00eda. <\/em>Homenaje a Elo\u00edna Miyares Berm\u00fadez<\/em> (Lexicology and Lexicography Studies. A Tribute to Elo\u00edna Miyares Berm\u00fadez) was presented on January 22, by Prof. Lirian Astrid, from the University of Valle in Colombia. This work brings together works of various specialists in the field and pays a heartfelt tribute to whom did, for so many years, a meritorious work aimed at the correct use of the mother tongue and in the organization of these events. On that same day, the exhibition Los carteles de los Simposios Internacionales de Comunicaci\u00f3n Social<\/em> (The posters of the International Symposia on Social Communication), curated by Marta Mosquera, National Design Award winner, was inaugurated.<\/p>\r\n In addition, Cuban and foreign experts discussed their research in six work commissions. The two workshops run by experts from the San Bernardino State University of California, United States, in the Education and Communication Commission, stood out. The participants had the opportunity to visit historical and cultural places of our city. The gala concert offered by Todo incluido<\/em> (All Inclusive), a quartet of saxophones from the University of Arts of Havana, had a great quality and earned an ovation from the audience attending the Dolores Concert Hall.
