The project was carried out by a team of researchers from the Center for Applied Linguistics led by B.A. Alex Mu\u00f1oz Alvarado.<\/p>\r\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The chief of the project presented the final report on May 10, in front of a group of experts that gave positive assessments of the results.
